Job Summary
Licensed LMFT sought to join Headway’s network to launch or expand a private practice and start accepting insurance. Candidate must be a fully licensed marriage and family therapist at Master’s level or above with LMFT licensing (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT), possess a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. The role emphasizes getting credentialed for free across multiple states in about 30 days, joining an expansive insurance network (Medicare Advantage and Medicaid), and leveraging Headway’s platform to see more clients with built-in EHR features, scheduling, secure client messaging, assessments, and templates. Headway offers built-in compliance support, ongoing resources, and dependable bi-weekly payments. Note: Headway cannot support professionals who aren’t fully licensed at this time.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s level or above with LMFT licensure (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT) and valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Fully licensed in applicable state(s)
- Willingness to launch or grow private practice and accept insurance
- Credentialing for multiple states within ~30 days
- Experience with private practice workflows and insurance networks
