Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with Master’s level or higher and LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT licensure; eligible to launch or expand a private practice and accept insurance through Headway’s platform. Must have a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance. Role supports providers in getting credentialed for free in multiple states within an expansive insurance network (including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid), with built-in compliance and EHR features, and bi-weekly payments. Headway facilitates taking insurance with ease and growing earnings by securing higher rates with top plans, enabling real-time scheduling, client messaging, and ongoing CEUs through Headway Academy. Note: Headway cannot support mental health professionals who aren’t fully licensed at this time.
