Job Summary
Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families located in Maryland via secure telehealth; responsibilities include completing intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical updates; deliver therapy for relationship and family issues, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and identify referrals or higher levels of care as needed; maintain confidentiality and telehealth best practices; requires a Master’s degree and Maryland LMFT license; full-time remote position with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule; benefits include PTO, health insurance, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LMFT license in Maryland in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
