Job Summary
Licensed LMFT to provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families across Maryland. Responsibilities include delivering telehealth sessions, conducting intake assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and adjusting approaches as needed. Must support clients with relationship issues, communication concerns, and behavioral patterns. Requires Master’s degree in MFT (or related field) and active Maryland LMFT license. Telehealth experience and proficiency with EHR systems, strong communication and time management skills. Remote work arrangement with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule; salary $115k–$120k per year. Benefits include 2 weeks PTO, health insurance, and 401K with 3% company match.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
- Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
