Job Summary
Provide remote therapy services using a secure telehealth platform to individuals, couples, and families experiencing relationship stress, family conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting concerns, and adjustment difficulties. Conduct initial assessments, establish treatment goals, and create care plans aligned with client needs. Deliver therapy using family systems and behavioral health approaches, review client progress, and modify treatment plans as needed. Complete session documentation and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while managing a full-time caseload. Maintain compliance with Montana licensure requirements and ethical standards, and provide referrals or care coordination when additional support is needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field
- Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Strong knowledge of family systems, relationship dynamics, assessment, and treatment planning
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain professional documentation and manage a full-time caseload
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace for confidential sessions
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
