Job Summary
Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families across Indiana using a secure telehealth platform; conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans based on client needs and presenting concerns; support clients with relationship issues, anxiety, grief, and life transitions; apply evidence-based therapy approaches for marriage and family therapy; maintain timely clinical notes and comply with state, federal, and HIPAA requirements; monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
- Previous clinical experience with individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
- Experience with EHR systems preferred
