Job Summary
Remote telehealth LMFT providing individual, couple, and family therapy to Virginia clients. Deliver secure therapy sessions via telehealth platform, develop goal-focused treatment plans based on family systems principles, and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards. Responsibilities include conducting remote individual, couple, and family therapy, assessing client concerns, tracking progress across sessions, coordinating risk identification or higher levels of care, ensuring client confidentiality, and maintaining a reliable remote work environment with a private workspace. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with full benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Virginia
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Strong understanding of family systems, relational patterns, and behavioral health treatment
- Comfortable providing services through a remote telehealth platform
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
