Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a remote, full-time role serving clients in Maryland. Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families; conduct assessments; develop treatment plans; document progress; and maintain HIPAA-compliant, secure communications. Ensure clinical adherence to Maryland licensing standards, telehealth guidelines, and confidentiality. Schedule aligns with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday day shift; benefits package includes PTO, health insurance, 401K with 3% company match, and full benefits. Responsibilities include virtual client meetings, maintaining progress notes, risk referrals as needed, and professional caseload management.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active Maryland LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable delivering care through a secure telehealth platform
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace for virtual sessions
