Job Summary
Remote LMFT in Montana providing virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Conducts secure video therapy sessions, performs assessments, develops clinically appropriate treatment plans, maintains HIPAA-compliant documentation, and coordinates referrals as needed. Requires Montana LMFT license, Master’s degree or higher in a related field, telehealth capability, and a full-time weekday schedule; compensation in the $115k–$120k range with full benefits and remote work setup.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Strong knowledge of family systems, relationship dynamics, assessment, and treatment planning
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain professional documentation and manage a full-time caseload
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace for confidential sessions
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
