Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) needed for full-time remote telehealth role serving clients across Indiana. Responsibilities include conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, evaluating concerns to set clinical goals, addressing relationship stress, family transitions, conflict resolution, grief, anxiety, and communication concerns; guiding clients to improve relational skills; preparing treatment plans and progress notes; maintaining confidentiality; assessing risk and safety; managing session flow and ongoing updates; and adhering to Indiana licensure requirements and professional practice standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
- Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
- Experience with EHR systems preferred
