Job Summary
Remote LMFT provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana via secure telehealth. Deliver virtual sessions, develop and monitor treatment plans, address relationship and family dynamics, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation. Utilize evidence-based approaches such as family systems therapy and CBT-informed care, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Requires Indiana licensure, Master’s degree or higher, and ability to practice independently. Full-time remote role with Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Must be able to practice independently in Indiana
- Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
