Job Summary
Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods for individuals, couples, and families via a secure telehealth platform. Complete assessments and maintain individualized treatment plans while ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation. Adhere to New Mexico licensing and telehealth regulations throughout all client interactions. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule with competitive compensation of $115,000 – $120,000 per year. The position includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match, and two weeks of paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Active LMFT license in the state of New Mexico
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy services
- Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment
