Job Summary
Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) role conducting scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for clients in Indiana. Responsibilities include conducting virtual therapy, assessments, maintaining treatment plans, documenting care in the clinical record, and coordinating referrals or crisis support as needed. Requires a Master’s degree in MFT or related field and active Indiana LMFT license; telehealth experience and strong documentation/communication skills are valued. Full-time remote position with Monday–Friday daytime schedule and annual pay in the $115k–$120k range plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
- Previous clinical experience with individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
