Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote telehealth role in Virginia. Provide professional telehealth therapy to Virginia-based clients, including individuals, couples, and families, through virtual sessions. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, identifying relational patterns and treatment needs, planning and delivering therapy sessions, strengthening communication and coping skills, maintaining accurate clinical records, adapting care plans as progress occurs, and adhering to state ethics and privacy standards. Requires VA licensure, a master's or higher in a related field, experience delivering therapy remotely, and a reliable private workspace with a stable internet connection.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Virginia
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing services through a remote telehealth platform
