Job Summary
Remote telehealth LMFT providing psychotherapy to Indiana clients; works with individuals, couples, and families on relationship concerns, family stress, emotional health, and major life adjustments. Build clinical rapport through video sessions, complete assessments to identify treatment priorities, maintain progress notes and treatment plans, use secure telehealth tools while protecting confidentiality, and refer clients to outside providers or higher levels of care when clinically appropriate; collaborate with care team and administrative staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Must be able to practice independently in Indiana
- Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
