Job Summary
Provide remote marriage and family therapy services to Indiana clients via secure video sessions, conducting intakes, building measurable treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Address couple conflict, family dynamics, parenting concerns, trauma-related stress, and communication issues using family systems-based approaches. Maintain organized clinical records, uphold telehealth standards, and participate in care coordination to deliver consistent, relationship-centered care across Indiana. Requires Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active Indiana LMFT license; offers full-time remote employment with $115k–$120k salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
- Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
- Experience with EHR systems preferred
