Job Summary
Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth platform; perform intake assessments to identify client concerns, goals, risks, and treatment needs; develop treatment plans reflecting each client’s family system and presenting concerns; support clients with communication, conflict resolution, parenting stress, grief, anxiety, and mood disorders; maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records; monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed; adhere to ethical, legal, and HIPAA guidelines for remote behavioral health services; participate in case reviews and required meetings; requires a Master's degree in a related field and active NC LMFT license; remote Monday–Friday schedule with full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in North Carolina
- Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth and using electronic health records
- Strong understanding of family systems, relational therapy, and treatment planning
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, organized documentation, and reliable communication
- Must have a private workspace suitable for confidential virtual sessions
