Job Summary
Provide virtual individual, couples, and family therapy to clients in Indiana via a secure online platform. Conduct client assessments to determine treatment focus, develop treatment plans, and document progress with session notes and discharge documentation. Address relational stress, communication breakdowns, family transitions, anxiety, grief, and other behavioral health concerns using clinically appropriate methods. Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; coordinate referrals for services outside outpatient telehealth. Manage ongoing caseload with scheduling and timely documentation deadlines. Role requires Indiana licensure, a Master’s degree, independent practice in Indiana, and comfort with telehealth, EHRs, and a stable private workspace.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Must be able to practice independently in Indiana
- Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
