Job Summary
Remote LMFT to provide individual, couples, and family therapy across Montana via secure telehealth. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, supporting clients with relationship and family concerns, ensuring HIPAA compliance and Montana licensing requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and determining when referrals or higher levels of care are needed. Requires Master’s degree or higher in a related field and active Montana LMFT license; confident in telehealth delivery, EHRs, and maintaining a confidential, private workspace. Salary is $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits; schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; remote work setup in Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field
- Active Montana LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Strong knowledge of family systems, relationship dynamics, assessment, and treatment planning
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain professional documentation and manage a full-time caseload
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace for confidential sessions
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
