Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPC provider sought to join Rula with autonomy over scheduling, offering both telehealth and in-person sessions. The role includes support with credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech assistance so clinicians can focus on delivering care. Clinicians will follow a measurement-informed approach, engage clients around clinical measures, participate in case consultations, have access to CEU courses, and work within a nationwide provider network. The practice emphasizes consistency in quality care, tools and guidance for seamless delivery, and flexibility to choose office space for in-person care if desired. Minimum qualifications include current licensure in California, valid NPI, and ability to conduct telehealth or in-person sessions; remote work is supported.
