Job Summary
Provide licensed therapy to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth or in-person sessions with flexible scheduling. The role emphasizes autonomy, the ability to choose client load and schedule, and collaboration with a nationwide network. The employer handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support, allowing the clinician to focus on delivering care. Clinicians will follow shared standards, employ a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes, and engage clients around clinical measures during visits. The position offers access to case consultations, CEU resources, and ongoing clinical learning opportunities while allowing providers to arrange their own office space for in-person care when desired. Minimum qualifications include licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, a valid NPI, California licensure, and ability to provide telehealth or in-person sessions; remote work is supported.
