Job Summary
Licensed therapists (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) join Rula to deliver telehealth and in-person sessions with flexible scheduling autonomy. The role supports providers with credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support, allowing focus on clinical care. You’ll work within a nationwide network, follow shared standards, and use a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes and impact. Responsibilities include providing individual, couple, and family therapy, leveraging telehealth or in-person formats, and employing clinical measures, while maintaining client progress and quality of care. The position offers access to case consultations, office-hours support, CEU courses, and ongoing professional development. Minimum qualifications require licensure in LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, valid NPI, and California licensure, with the ability to provide telehealth or in-person services. Remote work is supported, with Akron, OH as a listed location and a hybrid remote/in-person arrangement.
