Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Rula is seeking a licensed clinician to provide telehealth or in-person therapy for individuals, couples, and families. The provider will have schedule autonomy, support with credentialing, billing, claims, and tech, and may arrange their own office space for in-person care. Responsibilities focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care, utilizing a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes, engage clients in sessions, and demonstrate impact. The role supports both telehealth and in-person formats with flexible scheduling and access to a broad national provider network, case consultations, CEU courses, and clinical learning opportunities.
