Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist needed in Washington (Issaquah) to provide therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents as part of LifeStance Health. Must hold an active WA license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) and be credentialed in the state. W2 employed with a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, and a 401K with 4% match. Flexible options for full-time or part-time work. Compensation range $90,000–$115,000 based on productivity; CEUs supported. Local candidates in Issaquah, WA or surrounding area invited to apply; strong clinical excellence and patient-care focus required.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Therapists are fully licensed and credentialed in Washington (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
