Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join Headway platform and launch or expand a private practice. Responsibilities include credentialing for insurance, joining the network to accept insurance with ease, working within a nationwide insurance network, and leveraging Headway features (built-in EHR, scheduling, client messaging, documentation templates, CEUs, and compliance resources) to manage in-network with plans such as Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Benefits include automatic bi-weekly payments, multi-state credentialing within ~30 days, and access to Headway Academy for continued education. Applicants must be fully licensed LMFT with valid NPI and malpractice insurance, and must be prepared to build or grow a practice accepting insurance with Headway.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed LMFT (LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT) with valid NPI and malpractice insurance
- Master's level or above with LMFT licensure (state-based)
- Ability to launch or grow private practice and take insurance, credentialed in multiple states
- Interest in in-network with major plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
- Willingness to participate in Headway platform and credentialing processes
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in state(s) with LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure
