Licensed LMFT with Master’s-level training and a state-licensed LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT credential is invited to join Headway’s network to launch or expand a private practice, start accepting insurance, and grow earnings through in-network plans. The role emphasizes credentialing across multiple states, in-network participation with plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, and access to Headway’s ecosystem (built-in compliance, EHR features, real-time scheduling, secure client messaging, end-to-end documentation templates, and CEU opportunities). The platform offers built-in payments (bi-weekly) and resources to help providers scale their practice, while maintaining licensure requirements. Applicants must be fully licensed, have an NPI, malpractice insurance, and be prepared to operate within an insurance-networked practice setup.
