Job Summary
Licensed LMFT to join Headway and build a private practice with in-network insurance. The role includes credentialing for free in multiple states, accepting insurance (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid), and leveraging Headway’s platform features (built-in EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, end-to-end documentation templates, built-in assessments, and CEUs) with bi-weekly payments. Applicants should be fully licensed (LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT), possess a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance, and are supported in expanding their practice through Headway’s network.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT) at Master’s level or above with valid licensure accepted state-by-state
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Willingness to launch or grow private practice by taking insurance (in-network with plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid)
- Credentialing in multiple states (free credentialing offered)
- Ability to work in-headway supported practice with built-in EHR, scheduling, client messaging, documentation templates, assessments, and CEU access
- Must be fully licensed as mental health professional at time of application
