Responsibilities include credentialing, managing insurance relationships, maintaining documentation via built-in EHR, real-time scheduling, secure client messaging, and completing CEUs through Headway Academy to support ongoing professional goals. The role emphasizes growing a practice within an extensive insurer network and receiving predictable bi-weekly payments.
Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure accepted state-by-state
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- Master’s level or above
- ability to launch or grow private practice
- ability to start accepting insurance and credentialed in multiple states in ~30 days
- in-network with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid (as applicable)
