You’ll be fully licensed (LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT) with NPI and malpractice coverage, enabling you to start accepting insurance through Headway’s expansive network (Medicare Advantage and Medicaid). Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT) with Master’s level or higher
- NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- state-by-state licensure acceptance
- ability to launch or grow a private practice
- willingness to work with insurance networks (in-network with plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid)
- credentialing in multiple states (free credentialing in 30 days)
- compliance with built-in audit support and resources
