Deliver WOW service from contract to close by sending borrower disclosures and returning documents within 48 hours. Conduct quality control reviews to match documents against checklists, organize assets and income, and file contracts into processing within 24 hours. Coordinate with realtors via email and warm calls, attend closing meetings when the Loan Originator cannot, and manage pre-close checklists 48 hours before closing. Assist with client callbacks to schedule face-to-face appointments and research scenarios with underwriting guidelines. This role requires an MLO license in all states, one year of mortgage industry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position reports to the licensed branch location during working hours.
