Deliver WOW service to borrowers and realtor partners by sending disclosures within 48 hours, organizing assets and income, and conducting quality control reviews on final paperwork. File documents into processing within 24 hours, coordinate weekly pipeline meetings with processors, and execute productive status calls. Manage the closing process by ensuring documents are ready within 48 hours, attending closing if the Loan Originator cannot, and calling to resolve all conditions. Assist the Loan Originator with borrower callbacks to schedule face-to-face appointments and introduce new contracts to realtors via email. Research client scenarios with underwriting guidelines while maintaining an MLO license in all states where borrowers are assisted. Requires at least one year of mortgage industry experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work long hours sitting at a computer.
