Job Summary
Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies, then help them select appropriate coverage that fits their needs. Engage with callers to understand requirements, respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims, and resolve concerns about existing policies. Ensure all advice complies with regulations while maintaining accurate customer documentation and staying current on market trends. Promote products to meet sales targets and work with team members to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License
- A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds (wireless connections are not allowed)
- Two 21" monitors
- A hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
- Wireless connections, including encrypted ones, are not allowed for accessing the client's Work at Home systems
- You must provide your own headset
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable in completing assignments and maintaining attendance
