Job Summary
Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies, helping them choose appropriate coverage that fits their needs. Engage with callers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality service regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and policy concerns. Ensure all advice complies with insurance regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate customer documentation. Promote products to meet sales targets and resolve policy issues. Work closely with team members to support cohesive customer service and policy management. Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License
- A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds (wireless connections are not allowed)
- Two 21" monitors are needed
- A hard-wired broadband Internet connection via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic is required
- Wireless connections, including encrypted ones, are not allowed for accessing the client's Work at Home systems
- You must provide your own headset
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable in completing assignments and maintaining attendance
