Job Summary
Licensed Landscape Architect leading and/or assisting design teams through all project phases (site analysis, conceptual/schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration) for public and private client projects. Role involves collaboration with discipline leads, landscape architects, engineers, architects, and designers; pursuing new work and defining project win strategy; serving as Lead Principal-in-Charge for designated practice area and ensuring project profitability, schedule, and quality through QA/QC and client satisfaction. Proficiency in AutoCAD and related visualization tools (LandFX, Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Lumion, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) is required, with a BLA/BSLA from an LAAB-accredited program and licensure as a Landscape Architect; strong communication and multi-project management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BLA or BSLA degree from accredited Landscape Architectural program
- Licensed Landscape Architect
- project management experience preferred
- Ability to work at a multi-discipline company in a collaborative project team setting
- Maintain effective communication with project team members, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with AutoCAD, and have entry level skills and/or interest in LandFX, Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Lumion, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and other illustration software
