Job Summary
Licensed Land Surveyor with 10+ years of experience to lead boundary and field survey projects in NH/ME/VT/MA. Responsibilities include boundary surveys, linear topographic surveys, land record research, plan preparation, construction layout, and project management. Role involves client relations, developing proposals, researching land records, mentoring staff, and contributing to business development, strategic planning, and growth of survey teams. Active LS license is required with a desire to obtain additional Licenses in NH, ME, VT, and/or MA. Proficiency with survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, Robotics) and CAD is preferred; leadership experience and strong communication skills are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Active LS license
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Desire to obtain LS license in NH, ME, VT, and/or MA
- Ability to operate survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, Robotics)
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Experience with business development or public sector clients are preferred
- CAD Experience
