Job Summary
Stamp and seal mortgage, boundary, and topographic surveys for closing-driven clients while overseeing project flow from field data receipt through final sealed documents. Conduct QA and review survey deliverables produced by drafters before client delivery, flagging compliance issues to ensure all work meets Florida Chapter 472 requirements. Communicate directly with clients on turnaround timelines, scope questions, and deliverable issues, coordinating with field crews and drafters to resolve data gaps efficiently. Maintain high-volume production standards for title agents and real estate attorneys in West Palm Beach's active real estate corridor.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida PLS license
- Experienced with mortgage survey volume
- Knowledge of FAR/BAR standards
- Knowledge of title agent expectations
- Knowledge of Florida Chapter 472 requirements
- Florida resident
- Willingness to relocate to Florida
