Job Summary
Direct and oversee survey crews and technicians to determine precise locations and measurements for construction, mapmaking, and land-related projects; supervise staff, coordinate with engineering and utility personnel, set scope of work and budgets, and prepare data and maps while promoting safe practices and client collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Land Surveying and/or Professional Licensure
- Professional License as Land Surveyor in Kentucky or ability to obtain within 6 months (employer will pay for exams)
- Experience using Trimble Instruments, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Carlson, Microsoft Office
- Experience with KYDOT Route Surveying is preferred
