Job Summary
Sell insurance products to inbound/outbound customers from a home-based call center, using a consultative approach to uncover coverage gaps and tailor Allstate solutions. Engage via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels, converting warm leads into customers with no cold calling. Work from home to drive sales growth while delivering a customer-first experience. Requires active insurance licenses (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty) or the ability to obtain them with Allstate's support; licensing and compliance to maintain appointments in required states. Must have strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities, and be comfortable working evenings and weekends. Allstate provides equipment, internet reimbursement, and a full benefits package starting day one. This is a full-time remote role available within the United States (excluding specified states).
Required Qualifications
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a sales focus)
- Sales license requirements to obtain/maintain required licenses in multiple states as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain required resident and non-resident licenses to sell insurance products
- Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace
