Job Summary
Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and inbound agency leads. Build strong client relationships by conducting comprehensive insurance reviews and quote, bind, and service personal lines policies with multiple top-rated carriers. Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive account reviews, renewals, and exceptional customer service, while cross-selling additional coverage opportunities. Respond promptly to client quotes, inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance, and coverage questions. Requires an active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License, proven experience in insurance sales, and strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines products. Located in Shelby Township, MI, this role offers a competitive salary with bonus incentives based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role
- Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales goals
- High school diploma
