Job Summary
Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address inquiries and concerns. Resolve issues by finding innovative responses, de-escalating conflicts, and processing payments when required. Track call information for auditing and reporting while providing feedback on call issues. Upsell services if necessary. Escalate interactions when appropriate. Maintain a dedicated workspace with a hardwired Ethernet connection meeting minimum speed requirements. Possess a home state Life & Health Insurance License and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Must be able to work from home
- Must have a dedicated workspace located near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection
- Must have internet speed of minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload
- Must have ISP under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
