Job Summary
In-office Insurance Sales role requiring a strong sales mindset, customer-focused approach, and the ability to assist customers with insurance needs including new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and answering questions. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles to assess risk, prospecting and networking to develop clientele, coordinating with the office manager to create marketing strategies, handling administrative tasks and policy renewals, and maintaining ongoing licensing requirements. Must hold an active California property & casualty license or be in process to obtain one; reliable transportation is required; bilingual Spanish/English preferred. This is an in-office position with paid training and licensing assistance, offering an hourly pay range plus commission and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Hold a valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California
- Reliable transportation for daily marketing
- Strong sales mentality and customer-focused
- Ability to assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions
- Experience or ability to perform administrative tasks and collaborate with underwriting
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
