Licensed Insurance Agent - Sales and Service Professional

Phone-based insurance sales and service role requiring sales aptitude; assess client needs, bind and service policies, process policy changes, verify contact information, respond to inquiries, cancellations, and sales requests, and generate word-of-mouth referrals to build a local referral network. You will be assigned leads from customers who have expressed interest in a quote online or by phone. You will be required to hold a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment. Expect handling 150-200 outgoing calls per day in addition to inbound calls, with a focus on quality and compliance to procedural requirements. Unlimited bonus earning potential.
