Job Summary
Contact prospective and existing clients regarding mortgage protection insurance, explaining policy options, coverage, and benefits in a clear and professional manner. Assess clients' needs to recommend appropriate products, generate and follow up on leads, and prepare quotes to assist through the application process. Maintain accurate client records and documentation while building long-term relationships through exceptional customer service. Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and licensing requirements to meet individual sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License (as required for the products sold)
- High school diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred but not required
