Job Summary
Kemper is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent responsible for coordinating home visits, conducting sales presentations, and building customer relationships through premium collection. Agents will receive a book of business for immediate earning potential and can benefit from uncapped commissions. Key duties include new sales prospecting, maintaining records, and addressing service requests. To qualify, candidates must hold a valid license for selling all Kemper Life products, possess customer service experience, and be at least 18 years old. Agents are also offered competitive benefits including insurance and a robust bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
Additional Requirements
- Agents must maintain a $200 average monthly issued premium and be an active employee in good standing
- The Licensed Agent Bonus Program is not available to rehires or agents with temporary licenses
