Job Summary
Licensed Insurance Sales Agent responsible for coordinating home visits, conducting sales presentations, recommending Kemper Life products, and closing new sales; prospecting for new opportunities; maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule; and pursuing continuous professional development. Includes a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions with a field role that offers autonomy over customer visits and premium collection. Requires full licensure and compliance with background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Customer service experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
