Job Summary
Kemper is seeking licensed insurance agents for their field sales teams, offering a commission-based compensation model tailored for dedicated performance. Agents will be responsible for coordinating home visits, conducting sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, and managing premium collections. Candidates need to possess a full license to sell Kemper Life’s products, along with customer service experience and the ability to travel with a dependable vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
Additional Requirements
- Agents must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products in his/her resident state
- The Licensed Agent Bonus Program is not available to rehires or agents with temporary licenses
