Job Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will conduct home visits to collect premiums, conduct sales, and maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting for new sales opportunities, coordinating home visits, and responding to service requests. Candidates must possess a valid license to sell all Kemper Life products, have a history of customer service, and be at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance products
Additional Requirements
- Agents with temporary licenses are not eligible for the Licensed Agent Bonus Program
- Rehires are not eligible for the Licensed Agent Bonus Program
