Job Summary
Join Kemper as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, responsible for coordinating home visits, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires full licensing for all Kemper Life products. Agents will manage their schedules for premium collection and have commission-based income potential, with bonuses available for qualifying performance. Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
