Job Summary
Join Kemper as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, where you will conduct home visits and sales presentations to recommend products and close new sales. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, collecting premiums, and responding to service requests. Candidates must be fully licensed to sell life and health insurance products with experience in customer service. The position offers a commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential and additional bonuses for new agents, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
Additional Requirements
- Agents must maintain a $200 average monthly issued premium and be an active employee in good standing
- The Licensed Agent Bonus Program is not available to rehires or agents with temporary licenses
