Job Summary
Join Kemper as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, responsible for conducting home visits, sales presentations, and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular premium collections. Opportunities for income growth exist through a pay-for-performance model, enabling agents to expand their book of business and earning potential with uncapped commissions. The role requires full licensure to sell life, health, and property & casualty products, along with customer service experience and the ability to manage a dedicated schedule for customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C)
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Sales experience
Additional Requirements
- Agents must maintain a $200 average monthly issued premium and be an active employee in good standing
- The Licensed Agent Bonus Program is not available to rehires or agents with temporary licenses
